Our agency is approaching 34 years in business as of July 2025, and our commitment to providing exceptional service has only grown stronger with time. We’re a close-knit team of five (both full-time and part-time), and we’re passionate about helping our clients feel confident and protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers by offering ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance options.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and tailor product recommendations to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for marketing products and services that genuinely meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on active listening.
  • A customer-centric approach with a friendly, people-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use technology and computer functions.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
